Construction of Viceroy Residences Brickell is underway on the 45-story glass tower, anticipated to be completed by early 2026, according to the project’s developers.
Viceroy Brickell – The Residences will be a part of the larger One Brickell complex, which will feature three towers in total. Another of these towers, Baccarat Residences, is also currently under construction.
The Viceroy Brickell Residences will house 420 condominiums, boasting amenities ranging from a Formula 1 simulator to a private humidor lounge.
Additionally, the property will include two complete levels of penthouses and 56 city flats facing S.E. 5th Street.
Further enhancing the complex, One Brickell will feature a beautifully landscaped promenade along the Miami River and a private marina exclusive to residents.
The architectural design is by Arquitectonica, with interior designs by Meyer Davis.
The development is a collaboration between Related Group and GTIS Partners.
